Mojito chicken; mint and spice blend marinated chicken leg and thigh, grilled and served over three cheese rissotto with grilled asparagus

Seafood ribeye-13oz marbled ribeye, pan seared and topped with a broiled crab, shrimp and herbed cheese blend with yukon gold mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus

Eggplant parmesan- parmesan, asiago and panko crusted eggplant baked with house made marinara and mozzarella cheese on a bed of linguini tossed in a lemon garlic burre blanc and tossed with fresh arugula

Dessert
Bananas foster napoleon; brown sugar and rum sautéed bananas layered with vanilla bean pastry cream in between layers of puff pastry with salted caramel and candied pecans
